Privacy Policy

Alziora Institute tests · last updated 18 September 2026

This policy explains what information Nextschool Institute collects from students and parents, why we collect it, and how we look after it.

1. What we collect

  • Account details — student name, phone number, parent's phone number, email address, class and subject.
  • Payment records — the amount, the month it covers, the method, and any deposit slip uploaded.
  • Learning activity — attendance, quiz and exam results, and which lessons have been opened.

2. Why we collect it

To run the class: to create and verify the student account, to work out and record fees, to mark attendance, to deliver lessons, notes and papers, and to send announcements about classes and payments.

3. Students under 18

Many of our students are school-age. A parent's or guardian's phone number is recorded at registration, and a parent may ask us at any time about the information held on their child.

4. Who else sees it

Student information is not sold and is not shared for marketing. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run the class — the payment gateway that processes an online payment, and the hosting provider that stores the system — and with anyone we are required by law to share it with.

5. How it is protected

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Access to student records is limited to authorised staff accounts, and each account only reaches the sections it needs.

6. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or ask us to close the account. Some records — payment receipts in particular — are kept as long as the law requires even after an account is closed.
