These terms apply to everyone who registers for a class or course with Nextschool Institute and uses the student portal.
1. Your account
- An account belongs to one student. Sharing login details with anyone else is not allowed.
- The details given at registration must be true and kept up to date.
- Only one device may be signed in to an account at a time.
2. Class fees
- Class fees are payable monthly, by the due date shown in the student portal.
- Course fees are payable either in full or by the installment plan shown for that course.
- When a fee is past its due date, lessons, notes, papers and exams for that month stay locked until the payment is approved.
- A bank deposit slip is checked by the office before the payment is approved. Please allow time for this.
3. Lessons and materials
Videos, notes, past papers and every other material in the portal are for the registered student's own study. Downloading, copying, recording, re-uploading or sharing them — in any form, to anyone — is not permitted.
4. Dormant and closed accounts
An account with no fee payment, no login and no attendance for an extended period may be made inactive. An inactive account can only be reopened by the office. We may also suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
5. Changes to classes
Class times, timetables and fees can change. Changes are announced in the portal and, where the change is significant, by message as well.
6. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. When they change in a way that matters, students are asked to read and agree to them again the next time they sign in.
